Method 1:

Take dried Indian gooseberries and boil them with coconut oil till the oil color become black.

Wait up to oil become cool, then massage on your scalp with this oil.

Leave for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.

Method 2:

Extract the amla juice by crushing the amla fruit.

Mix 2 teaspoon of amla juice with an equal quantity of lime juice.

Apply this mixture on your scalp and wait up to dry.

Wash with warm water.

Method 3:

Mix Indian gooseberry oil and coconut oil in equal parts.

Mix a few drops of lemon juice.

Apply this mixture on your scalp.

Wash with water after some time.

  1. Greek yogurt

Greek yogurt is a natural conditioner for hair. It gives extreme benefits for hair because it has vitamin B5 and proteins. Honey protects your hair from damage because it has antibacterial properties. Greek yogurt has probiotics which avoid hair fall and makes the hair grow.

How to use:

Take two tablespoons of greek yogurt and add some lemon juice and honey.

Mix the contents to make a paste.

Apply this mixture on scalp and hair roots using hair dye brush.

You should wait for 30 minutes then wash with cold water.

You should apply this pack once a week but the people who have dry hair they need to use this pack twice a week to avoid hair fall and to get healthy hair.

  1. Methi (Fenugreek)

Fenugreek seeds improve the hair growth and help you to rebuild hair follicles. It also makes hair strong, long, and shiny and avoids hair fall.

How to use:

Method 1:

Take two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak it in water for overnight.

Make a paste from the soaked fenugreek seeds.

Add one egg white and four tablespoons of curd and mix well.

Apply this on your scalp and hair.

Wait for 30 minutes and wash with water.

Method 2:

Take soaked fenugreek seeds and make a paste with that.

Apply this paste on your scalp and cover with a shower cap.

Leave it for 40 minutes, then wash using cold water.

Take some fenugreek seeds and do fry that seeds in coconut oil.

Strain the preparation.

Apply that mixture on your scalp by rubbing gently at the roots.

Take a cup of milk to add ground licorice root and saffron and mix well.

Extract the juice from the onion by squeezing.

Add 2 teaspoons of honey in that juice or you can mix rose water.

Apply this mix on your scalp and keep it for 40 minutes then wash it.

Take two green tea bags and steep it in the hot water.

Wait until the water cools down.

Then remove the tea bags.
